Birth Doula

A birth doula is like your behind-the-scenes best friend for labor. I’m trained to give you continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after birth. I’m not here to replace your medical team; I’m here to focus entirely on YOU! It’s your comfort, your voice, and your experience.

Think: evidence-based info without the overwhelm, hands-on comfort when you need it, and a calm, steady vibe when things get intense. I’m also there for your partner. My goal is to help them feel confident, involved, and supported so they can show up for you in the ways you need most.

Whether you’re delivering in a hospital, at home, or somewhere in between, I’ll be right there! Think of me as your personal mix of cheerleader, guide, and grounding presence. Every birth is unique. Every birthing person and partner deserves to feel supported, seen, and strong.
